If your child needs to see the doctor, dentist etc we ask that whenever possible you make appointments outside of school time. When this is not possible please email or call the office to make the school aware.

If your child is ill please let the school know as soon as possible by either calling the school office or sending us an email. We can then let the teacher know and your child will not be marked down as having an unauthorised absence.

If you would like to help in our classrooms please have a word with your child’s teacher or the Head Teacher. We often need help and would be only too pleased to ‘find you a job’. Please bear in mind that if you do offer to help the teacher will plan accordingly.

If someone else will be collecting your child from school please ensure that you let the school know. You could speak to your child’s teacher, put a note in their book bag or call/email the school office.

Each year group has a class assembly each year that parents are invited to attend. The dates for these will be circulated in our newsletter and also included in our calendar.

Sports Day information and information about performances will be included in our newsletter, emails will be sent out and dates will be available on our calendar.

Class assemblies begin at 2:50pm. 

You can find information about the individual start time for clubs on the calendar section of the website. Before school clubs finish at 8:45am. All teacher led after school clubs start straight after school at 3:15pm and finish at 4:15am.

At Christmas, Easter and when the summer holidays start school will finish at 2pm. For all other half terms school will finish at 3:15pm as normal.
