Frequently Asked Questions

We hope that you find the information you’re looking for throughout the pages of our website. Below are answers to a few frequently asked questions. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, please give the school office a call on 01242 671003 and the team will be able to help.

If your child needs to see the doctor, dentist etc we ask that whenever possible you make appointments outside of school time. When this is not possible please email or call the office to make the school aware.

If your child is ill please let the school know as soon as possible by either calling the school office or sending us an email. We can then let the teacher know and your child will not be marked down as having an unauthorised absence.

If you would like to help in our classrooms please have a word with your child’s teacher or the Head Teacher. We often need help and would be only too pleased to ‘find you a job’. Please bear in mind that if you do offer to help the teacher will plan accordingly.

If someone else will be collecting your child from school please ensure that you let the school know. You could speak to your child’s teacher, put a note in their book bag or call/email the school office.
